- 2.2Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen service. Free Standard Shipping applies to orders.
- 2.3Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. SwissWatches.com is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Insured & Protected Delivery
- 3.1Every order is fully insured from our door to yours at no extra cost to you.
- 3.2Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can track your shipment online at any time.
- 3.3In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, contact us immediately at support@swisswatches.com so we can file a claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & Refunds Policy
- 4.1All sales are final. SwissWatches.com does not accept returns or issue refunds for any reason.
- 4.2We do not offer exchanges on any watches. Please choose carefully—if you have any questions about model specifications, feel free to contact our customer service team before placing your order.
- 4.3In the rare case that you receive a defective or incorrect item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis to determine if an exception can be made.
