Accessibility
On this page
Swiss Watches Dot Com wants every client to be able to browse, research and buy a watch with ease, whatever tools they use to access the web. This statement describes the standard we work to, what we have done so far, and how to reach us if something is in your way.
Our Commitment
Swiss Watches GA, LLC, doing business as Swiss Watches Dot Com, is committed to making our website accessible to people with disabilities and to continually improving the experience for everyone. Accessibility is part of how we design and build the site, not a separate project.
Standard We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make web content more perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, motor and cognitive impairments.
Measures We Take
- Semantic HTML with a logical heading structure, landmarks and one main heading per page, so screen readers can navigate quickly.
- Full keyboard operability for navigation, menus, product galleries, forms and dialogs, with visible focus indicators.
- Text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images hidden from assistive technology.
- Color contrast that meets or exceeds the AA ratio for text and interface controls, and information that is never conveyed by color alone.
- Resizable text and layouts that reflow on small screens and at 200% zoom without loss of content.
- Form fields with visible labels, clear error messages and no time limits.
- Reduced-motion preferences respected for animations and transitions.
- Regular reviews with automated tools and manual testing with keyboard and screen readers as the site evolves.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the site may not yet be fully accessible. Embedded third-party content, such as the map on our showroom page and payment pages hosted by our checkout provider, is governed by those providers' own accessibility practices. Some older product photographs may lack detailed descriptions while we work through the catalog. If you encounter one of these, or anything else, please tell us; we will provide the information in another way and fix the underlying issue where we can.

When reporting an accessibility problem, it helps to include the page address, the assistive technology or browser you were using, and what happened. We respond to every message personally.
Continuous Improvement
This statement is reviewed as the site changes. Feedback from clients is the most useful signal we have, and we act on it.
