Final Sale & Order Protection

All sales are final

All sales are final. Swiss Watches Dot Com does not offer refunds or exchanges. Every purchase made through our website or in our Atlanta showroom is a final sale. The only exceptions are:

  • the Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee;

  • an order that Swiss Watches Dot Com cancels before fulfillment, or that cannot be delivered as described, in which case payment is returned in full;

  • anything applicable law requires.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, sizing or fit preferences, market-value changes, personal preference, or any other reason not expressly stated in this policy. We do not offer standard exchanges. We do welcome trade-ins toward another watch.

Every watch we sell is inspected, authenticated, described and photographed before it is listed, and the listing states its condition grade, polish status, parts originality, pressure-test result and exactly what is included. Please review the complete listing and ask a specialist anything you are unsure of before you order.

Order review

Please confirm the watch reference, condition, included accessories, shipping address and all other order details before submitting payment.

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance. Swiss Watches Dot Com reserves the right to decline or cancel an order prior to fulfillment for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • pricing or listing errors;

  • inventory discrepancies;

  • payment authorization issues;

  • suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions;

  • export, sanctions or regulatory restrictions;

  • inability to verify information required to safely complete the transaction.

If Swiss Watches Dot Com cancels an order before fulfillment, any payment collected for the cancelled order is returned in full in accordance with applicable payment-processing requirements.

Incorrect, damaged or materially misdescribed items

Our all-sales-final policy does not eliminate any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.

If you believe that:

  • you received a different item from the one you ordered;

  • your watch was materially inconsistent with its product description; or

  • your shipment was damaged while in transit,

contact us as soon as possible and preferably within 48 hours of delivery at info@swisswatches.com or (770) 584-1378.

Please retain the watch, packaging, shipping materials, documentation and all accessories in the condition in which they were received. We may request photographs, video, carrier documentation or other information necessary to investigate the claim.

Do not ship a watch back to Swiss Watches Dot Com without written authorization and shipping instructions from our team.

After reviewing the claim, Swiss Watches Dot Com will determine the appropriate resolution in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law, which may include repair, a comparable replacement or a refund.

Warranty claims

Every watch we sell is covered by our 1-Year Limited Warranty on the movement and water resistance, handled directly by Swiss Watches Dot Com.

Warranty service is not a return or refund program. Covered warranty claims are resolved through inspection, repair, servicing or another appropriate warranty remedy as described in the Limited Warranty.

Normal wear, cosmetic condition, accidental damage, misuse, damage caused by third-party service and the other exclusions described in the Limited Warranty are not covered.

Shipping damage

Every shipment is fully insured while in transit in accordance with our Shipping Policy.

If a package appears materially damaged, opened or tampered with upon delivery, do not accept the shipment when reasonably possible and contact Swiss Watches Dot Com immediately.

Do not independently file, settle or dispose of materials relating to an insured shipment without first contacting our team, as doing so may interfere with the insurance claim process.

Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee

For as long as the original purchaser owns the watch, Swiss Watches Dot Com guarantees that it is authentic and that any diamonds are factory original, as described on the listing. If the manufacturer, or an independent authentication service mutually agreed upon by Swiss Watches Dot Com and the purchaser, determines otherwise, Swiss Watches Dot Com will refund the full purchase price upon return of the watch. Trade-ins

Swiss Watches Dot Com does not offer refunds, but welcomes trade-ins toward another watch. Trade-in value is based on the watch's condition and current market value at the time of trade, confirmed after inspection. Watches bought from Swiss Watches Dot Com, and eligible watches from other sources, may be traded toward any Swiss Watches Dot Com watch; on a trade toward a lower-priced watch, Swiss Watches Dot Com pays the difference. Any remaining warranty coverage ends at trade-in, and every watch bought with trade-in credit receives a new one-year Limited Warranty from its delivery date.

Non-waivable consumer rights

Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict or waive any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.

Where applicable law provides a customer with mandatory cancellation, withdrawal, return, refund, conformity or warranty rights, those mandatory rights will apply notwithstanding the general final-sale terms above.
