Wire Transfer
On this page
Bank wire is the preferred way to pay for a watch at Swiss Watches Dot Com. It is secure, it settles quickly, and it saves you 3% on the price of the watch. This page explains how it works, when to expect your watch, and how to protect yourself from wire fraud.
Protect yourself from wire fraud
Swiss Watches Dot Com never changes wire instructions by email or text. Always confirm by calling (770) 584-1378 before sending. Never wire based on an email alone.
If you receive any message asking you to send funds to a different account, or to send funds before you have spoken with a specialist, stop and call us at (770) 584-1378.
The 3% Savings
Wire payments avoid card-processing costs, and we pass that saving on to you: paying by bank wire saves 3% on the price of any watch. The savings is applied automatically when you choose Bank Wire at checkout. It does not apply to leather goods.
How It Works
- Choose Bank Wire at checkout. Complete your order as usual and select Bank Wire as the payment method.
- A specialist calls to confirm. You will receive a call from (770) 584-1378 to confirm your order, your identity and your delivery details.
- Instructions are delivered after verification. Only once your order has been verified do we provide the wire instructions. Confirm them by phone with us before you send anything.
- Your watch ships once funds clear. As soon as the funds have cleared in our account, your watch ships free by FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured, with an adult signature required on delivery.
Timing and Cut-Offs
- Domestic wires sent before your bank's same-day cut-off (usually early to mid-afternoon in your time zone) normally arrive the same business day; wires sent later arrive the next business day.
- International wires can take two to five business days, and intermediary banks may deduct fees. Please send the full amount so the order is not short.
- Wires do not move on weekends or bank holidays.
- Watches normally ship within one to two business days after the funds clear.
What to Include With Your Wire
- Your order number in the wire reference or memo field, so the payment is matched to your watch immediately.
- The name on the sending account should match the name on the order. If it does not, let your specialist know in advance.
- Keep your bank's wire confirmation. If you can, email a copy to info@swisswatches.com with your order number so we can watch for the funds.
For your security, wire instructions are never published on this website, and bank account or routing details are never sent unsolicited.
Why Clients Pay by Wire With Confidence
- Verified by phone. Every wire order is confirmed personally by a specialist before instructions are released.
- Inspected before it ships. Every watch is authenticated, timed and pressure tested by our watchmakers, with the results stated on the listing. See Authenticity Guarantee & Condition Grading.
- Guaranteed for life. The Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee refunds the full purchase price if a watch is ever found not to be authentic as described.
- Covered for a year. Every watch includes our 1-Year Limited Warranty.
- Insured to your door. Free FedEx Priority Overnight shipping, fully insured, signature required.
- An Atlanta showroom. Swiss Watches GA, LLC, doing business as Swiss Watches Dot Com, operates from 3255 Peachtree Rd NE, Suite 3, Atlanta, GA 30305. You are welcome to visit.
Questions
If anything about a wire payment is unclear, call (770) 584-1378 during business hours (Mon–Fri 11 AM–6 PM, Sat 12–5 PM ET) or email info@swisswatches.com. We would always rather take a call than have you wire with a doubt in mind.
