Careers

Swiss Watches Dot Com is a small, specialist team in Buckhead, Atlanta that buys, inspects and sells fine pre-owned watches for clients across the United States. We hire people who care about doing things properly: honest with clients, exacting at the bench, and thoughtful about how the business is presented to the world.

Sales

The Work

Our sales specialists guide clients through some of the most considered purchases they will make: a first Rolex, a long-sought Patek Philippe, a trade toward the next piece. You learn each watch in the showroom, present it honestly, explain condition, provenance and paperwork, and stay with the client from the first question to delivery and beyond. The work spans the showroom floor, phone and video consultations, and the online concierge, with support from our watchmakers on every technical question.

Who Thrives Here

People who are genuinely curious about watches and even more curious about people. You listen before you recommend, you are comfortable with numbers and with silence, and you would rather build a client for ten years than close a sale today. Experience in luxury retail, fine jewelry or watches helps; integrity and follow-through matter more.

Watchmaking

The Work

Every watch we sell passes through the bench first. Our watchmakers authenticate cases, movements, dials and bracelets against the manufacturer's reference, time movements on a calibrated timing machine across positions, pressure test every case and document the result, and carry out warranty service with genuine manufacturer parts only. The role is equal parts inspection, documentation and careful hands-on work on modern and vintage calibers.

Who Thrives Here

Trained watchmakers (WOSTEP, SAWTA or equivalent bench experience) who take pride in a clean, methodical process and clear written notes. You care about doing the right thing for the watch, you are comfortable saying no when a piece does not meet the standard, and you enjoy explaining your findings to colleagues and clients in plain language.

Social Media

The Work

Our audience follows us for the watches and the people behind the counter. The social media role plans and produces short-form video and photography from the showroom, writes captions that are accurate and warm, manages the publishing calendar across platforms, answers comments and messages with the same care as a specialist on the floor, and reads the numbers to learn what resonates.

Who Thrives Here

Storytellers with a strong visual eye who can shoot, edit and publish independently, and who understand that in this category accuracy is part of the brand. You are organized, fast and comfortable on both sides of the camera, and you know how to talk about fine watches without hype.
