A bank wire takes 3% off the price shown. After you place your order, a specialist calls to confirm it and verify your details, then gives you the wire instructions by phone. Your watch ships once the funds clear, usually one to two business days.

We never send wire instructions by email or text alone, and we will never ask you to wire money to a personal account or to anyone other than Swiss Watches Dot Com. If a message looks wrong, call (770) 584-1378 before you send anything.

Every order ships free by FedEx Priority Overnight, fully insured, and requires an adult signature. We ship within one to two business days of payment.

Free pickup at our Atlanta showroom is available. Choose it at checkout and we will confirm a time.

Our watchmakers examine the case, movement, dial, hands, bracelet and serial against the manufacturer's reference before a watch is listed. Every watch carries our Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee.

The movement and water resistance are covered for one year from delivery. The warranty does not cover wear, accidental damage, or parts we described as non-original on the listing.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges, because every watch is one of one and described as it is.

Your order is protected in other ways: it ships fully insured, and the Lifetime Authenticity Guarantee still applies. Questions before you buy are welcome at (770) 584-1378 or info@swisswatches.com.
